Blogs can be an unbelievably great resource for educational leaders in today’s society if it is used correctly. Principals can use blogs as a journaling tool that can be shared with others as well as receive feedback on those thoughts. This could also be a great tool used with the teachers on the campus to introduce new ideas in order to receive feedback or to host book studies. It could also be used as a campus climate builder and have everyone post great things that are happening on the campus!
